All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is a problem with your order, contact support@kavorogoods.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are nonrefundable.
